The NCA offers a number of opportunities for practitioners. Perhaps you are looking for extra training to give you an edge in the market, to widen your knowledge in a subject area, delve into research, or study for an MSc? We have a number of options to help you to take your career to the next level.
Online Diploma in Chinese Medicine Nutrition
Starting in October 2023, this entirely online course combines the College’s fields of expertise in one course and is open to acupuncture and TCM practitioners from across the globe. This course will give you the knowledge you need to incorporate nutritional advice into your practice to improve patient outcomes, all whilst being manageable for busy practitioners, with a recommended study time of only 4 hours per week.
MSc/PGDip in Chinese Herbal Medicine
Our herbs course is one of the most well respected and well established courses in the UK and is now a (mostly) online course for both class and clinic (teaching weekend per year in-College). This course is open to practitioners from across the globe who have studied TCM acupuncture. After two years you will have built the skills and knowledge to successfully incorporate herbal prescribing into your practice. If you choose the Masters course your third year will be to complete your Masters study with a Research Project. Our next course starts in September 2023.
